This is another in the tree series I was doing earlier. I decided to submit this one, and I may submit it for OWP black and white landscape if I get a positive response. I am really working hard to find something a bit unique.

Tech: Noise reduc, less contrast, border, text.

Here are the others- check them out if you like this one.

1. Meant to be Together

2. Left Alone

3. He Outgrew my Heart
[link]

(this is the same tree as in He outgrew my heart)

(Updated contrast and edited out right corner weeds based on suggestions) Thanks!

I really like this photo, my only thing is IMO it would be even better with a little more contrast :D

A little darker on the trees

But I really love trees and this is a great tree photo!
I had it darker at first, but it seemed too harsh for this theme. I have played around with it trying to get the 'mood' right, but I will keep in mind your opinion, I might submit another version of this. Thanks very much for your comments on both trees! I appreciate it!
On second thought- I went back and I think you are right- I edited it- what do you think? It's just a little, but It does pop a little bit more.
Loveing it a little darker like that! It really does pop! Great job :D Sometimes I'll give opinions but no on listens LOL Nice job! *hehe*

yep! I totally changed my mind. Thanks very much for bringing it to my attention. You were right I think.
thanks very much! I thought so too. I love that knot in the middle.
Love this -- it looks like the tree is reaching out and tickling the smaller one under the chin! :) I love the fog and the faded background, it creates a certain mood. Sad... maybe sinister? Hmmm, many emotions are evoked! Well done!
I wouldn't bother putting that in to the OWP contest, it's no good at all.
Of course, I may just be saying that because I think it would mean there's less chance that my entry could win!

It's an excellent photo, but I think it would be better if you clone out the twig at the bottom right.
LOL I was reading that going oh wow!! He doesn't like it??? Yes I agree about the twig. I'll see what I can do.
